Hey, I'm Belinda.

Because I understand first-hand how hard it is to be a mother doing the work of mothering in a society that is not set up to support my needs, I am working hard to:

• Create a community of mums who uplift and empower one another;

• Share simple yet powerful psychological tools to support mothers' well-being and enable them to flourish;
• Raise awareness of how patriarchal systems perpetuate negative emotions such as guilt and shame.
